Tasting Notes & Pairings

Intense flavors of strawberry and spice, soft tannins, well-balanced acidity, and a velvety smooth mid-palate, a hint of vanilla on the finish. This wine pairs well with smoked pork shoulder, roasted root vegetables, or red curry chicken.

Juicy and easy to drink, with floral raspberry and cinnamon aromas leading to supple cherry and toasty vanilla flavors.
