Life, Liberty, and the Prosciutto of Happiness

  • 12 ounces brie cheese, cut into ¼’’ slice
  • 2 cups dried apricots, chopped
  • 1 sour dough baguette, sliced into 1’’ slices
  • Butter
  • Honey – for drizzling
  • 6 slices of prosciutto



1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.

2. Lay slice of bread (buttered side down) on a cast iron grill pan.

3. Add cheese, apricots and cover with lid to make sure cheese is melted. Will take 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Once cheese is melted. Removed from heat and top with honey and a slice of prosciutto. Enjoy
