Shipping Policy

Adult Signature: Wine deliveries require an adult 21 years or older to sign for the order by federal law, so whenever possible we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. We cannot ship to a P.O. box.

Delivery attempts: The shipping carrier will attempt 3 deliveries to the address we have on file for you, after which the package is returned to our shipping department. We will contact you when we receive your package. Reshipping is available for a shipping fee.

Weather holds: Please note hot or cold weather in your state or on route may delay your shipment. You will be notified if your order is placed on a weather hold. For some states weather holds can last several weeks. If you can’t wait to get your wine, please consider expedite shipping options (see below).

Order tracking: You will receive an email with tracking when your order has shipped.

Vintage Requests: Please note that if the vintage you’ve requested is unavailable, the next vintage will be shipped to you.

Customer information: Please make sure all information entered is accurate before finalizing the order to avoid delays. Make sure to always enter a valid email address, since order confirmation and all shipping and delivery notices will be emailed to your attention.

Standard Ground Shipping
The standard shipping option for all orders is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express, based on your individual state. Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 4 - 10 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.

Expedite shipping: Express shipping is available for some states for an additional charge. Please email for a quote.

Three-Tier Shipping: Orders to LA, OH and NJ encounter longer time frames for delivery due to our legally compliant shipping methods. Please allow an average of 2-4 weeks for delivery. Express shipping to these states is not available.
