Great Lawn Package

Ideal for groups of 100 or more guests. The expansive Great Lawn provides endless possibilities for an outdoor ceremony and reception.

Great Lawn & Barrel Room Package

The Barrel Room is an elegant indoor option, a spectacular setting for dining and dancing among oak barrels and aromas of aging wine.

Adobe Mission & Flagstone Patio Package

The enchanting Adobe Mission & Flagstone Patio is ideal for intimate weddings. An arched stone bridge leads to the shady flagstone patio rimmed by lotus ponds, gardens, and vineyards. Perfect for as few as 20 or as many as 100 guests.

Adobe Mission Elopement Package

For 24 or fewer guests, the Elopement Package includes four hours use of the Adobe Mission and Flagstone Patio for your ceremony and reception. The reception includes wine and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a three course gourmet dinner perfectly paired with Cline wine.

FAQs

What’s included with the site fee?

  • Up to six hours exclusive use of the selected venue
  • One time 20% discount on all Cline wines for service during event
  • Wine bar including wine glasses, ice and chilling tubs for service during the event
  • Professional pouring staff to serve beverages throughout event

Does Cline have tables and chairs for use?
Yes, Cline offers an equipment package for $25/person. Included is:

  • White folding chairs for ceremony and reception
  • 5’ round dining tables (seats 8 per table)
  • Specialty tables for gifts, cake and cocktails
  • Up to six wine barrels
  • Equipment set-up and break-down


Do you have a preferred vendors list?
Yes, we will provide you with our Vendor Partners list. We require that our couples select their wedding planner, caterer, DJ, and lighting vendors from our Vendor Partners list. All other vendors are subject to approval.

Does Cline require a wedding planner?
Yes, we require that couples hire a wedding planner that is onsite the day of the event. Please refer to our Vendor Partners list for our planning partners.

What limitations exist for music?
Due to the ordinances put forth by Sonoma County, music must end at the Adobe Mission by 9pm, on the Great Lawn by 10pm and in the Barrel Room by 11pm.

Is there a dressing area for the bride?
We offer a vintage Rail Car with the Great Lawn and Barrel Room packages where the bride can get dressed. We also rent the Cline Villa located on the winery property. Of course, that’s subject to availability. Please inquire for more details.

Do you offer overtime?
Yes. Standard overtime rates are charged at $1,000 per hour or any fraction of an hour over the contracted time frame. Any event activity after 11:00pm is considered premium overtime and will carry a charge of $1,500 per hour or any fraction thereof.


Does Cline allow outside alcohol or hard alcohol?
Cline is licensed to serve wine and beer, all of which is procured by Cline Cellars. Our clients and their guests are not allowed to bring any outside alcohol or distilled spirits onto the winery property.

Is a wedding rehearsal included in the site fee?
We include one hour use of the venue for a ceremony rehearsal (subject to availability).

How are site payments made?
The contracted site fees are paid in two equal parts. The first half of the contracted fees are due 120 days in advance of the event. The second half is due 60 days in advance of the event.

Do you require event insurance?
Yes, we ask for an insurance rider naming Cline Cellars as additionally insured for the date of the event.

Do you require shuttles for guests?
Shuttle service or valet parking is required for events of 200 or more guests.

How can I reserve a date?
We are happy to place a 2-week hold on a date while you finalize your venue selection. Once you are ready to move forward, we require a signed contract and a $1,000 deposit to secure the date.
