Holiday Shipping Deadlines*

 

*The above shipping timetable is based on historical data and our own internal fulfillment timelines. Timelines can vary based on weather and other variables. Please note that once packages leave our warehouse, delivery details are up to the shipping service provider, UPS.

Adult Signature

Wine deliveries require an adult 21 years or older to sign for the order by federal law, so whenever possible we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. We cannot ship to a P.O. box.

AVAILABLE SHIPPING SERVICES & WEATHER PROTECTION

UPS Ground
Offered year-round and usually the most affordable option to most states. Orders typically arrive 3 to 10 days from day of purchase. Mostly safe to select in fall or spring, but hot/cold weather can damage the product otherwise. By selecting this service, you waive coverage for spoiled products due to hot/cold weather. Please select a different service for guaranteed delivery of product during hot and cold months. Tracking information is sent when the order leaves our warehouse. Reroute available if requested in a timely manner, but may incur additional charge after order is placed. 

UPS Expedited Shipping
UPS Overnight, 2-day and 3-day service are available for most states. Product protected and guaranteed from weather damage. Please allow up to three business days for order processing for all expedited services. Tracking information is sent when the order leaves our warehouse. Reroute available if requested in a timely manner for all but Overnight service and may incur additional fees. Overnight orders ship daily Monday through Thursday. Cutoff for orders is previous day at 3pm. Reroute not available once order ships.

FedEx 3-day
Service available year-round. Please allow up to 3 days for order processing. Tracking information is sent when package leaves our warehouse.Reroute available if requested in a timely manner, but may incur additional charge after order is placed. Product protected and guaranteed from weather damage.

FedEx Temp Control
Seasonal service. Product protected and guaranteed from weather damage. Orders are uploaded weekly, every Monday morning for delivery Tuesday/Wednesday the following week. Tracking information is sent day prior to delivery. Advised May-October for most states where available. Reroute option is not available for this service. Product protected and guaranteed from weather damage.

We cannot ship to these states

Louisiana customers

ORDER DETAILS

Customer Information
Please make sure all information entered is accurate before finalizing the order to avoid delays. Make sure to always enter a valid email address, since order confirmation will be emailed to you and all shipping and delivery notices will be emailed to the receiver. 

Delivery Attempts
The shipping carrier will attempt 3 deliveries to the address we have on file for you, after which the package is returned to our shipping department. We will contact you when we receive your package. Reshipping is available for a shipping fee.

Delivery Address Suggestion
Business addresses are always suggested to ensure someone is available to sign for the delivery. You may also contact a local UPS or FedEx/Walgreens store near you and confirm you can use their address for your delivery for a more flexible pick up window. Service selected MUST match store type selected in this case (can't ship UPS to FedEx and vice versa).

Quantity Restrictions
Please note some states limit the quantity of wine purchased and shipped by individuals.

Vintage Requests
Please note that if the vintage you’ve requested is unavailable, the next vintage will be shipped to you.

State Shipping Laws
State shipping laws are constantly changing —we reserve the right to cancel orders in accordance with state shipping laws and customers will be refunded.
